According to the traditional recipe, we marinate the Kalamata olive for a minimum of 5 to 6 weeks in our Kalios extra virgin olive oil to obtain an almost candied olive.
You will appreciate it as an aperitif and can enjoy its oil with bread.
Kalios is above all a family story. A family history that began more than three centuries ago in the southern Peloponnese in Greece. The Chantzios brothers, children of the third generation with a passion for Greek olive oils, offer a range of products that are very well known in the Kalamata region. The olive trees are, in some cases, 300 years old and are grown in a land that is known worldwide for the quality of its soils and the climate, which is known to be favourable to olive growing. All their products are cultivated with respect for living beings and natural cycles.
