I preheat my oven to 200°C, convection.
I prepare the 4 molds on a baking sheet.
I manually mix the contents of the sachet, 75 g of softened butter and 2 eggs with a whisk until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
I divide the preparation into the 4 moulds. I cook for 12 minutes.
I let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding the runny hearts by passing the blade of a knife between the cake and the mold.
