When (finally) it's the weekend, a lie-in rhymes with golden pancakes... With their airy and super soft texture, they are the best allies for your brunches and late breakfasts. Take out your pans, you'll love it!
INGREDIENTS TO ADD
3 eggs
45g of unsalted butter
24cl of milk (240g)
VEGAN VERSION
190g applesauce
23cl of vegetable drink (230g)
6cl of vegetable oil (60g)
1- Pour the contents of the sachet into a salad bowl. Add the eggs, melted butter then the milk little by little, mixing with a whisk.
2- Leave to rest for 30 min (optional).
3- Cook your pancakes or waffles: pour a ladle of batter into a hot, oiled pan (or your waffles in a waffle iron). When small bubbles start to rise to the surface, turn your pancakes over and cook for about another 20 seconds.
4- Enjoy them plain, with maple syrup, fresh fruit, caramel or whatever makes you happy!
