Our gluten-free chocolate fondant has nothing to envy of its cousin: find all the intensity of our 60% cocoa chocolate! The gluten-free Marlette fondant is just as intense and melting as its classic version!
INGREDIENTS TO ADD
3 eggs
110g unsalted butter
1- Preheat your oven to 180°C (th.6)
2- Melt the butter in a large saucepan until it is perfectly liquid. Over low heat, pour the contents of the sachet over the hot butter and mix well to completely melt the chocolate.
3- Remove from the heat, add the whole eggs and mix vigorously using a wooden spoon until you obtain a smooth mixture.
4- Butter a round cake mold approximately 21cm in diameter and pour the mixture into it.
5- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes depending on your oven.
