Marlette’s signature cake! Its perfectly melting texture and its intense taste of 60% cocoa chocolate will make you melt... and take a piece again!
INGREDIENTS TO ADD
130 g of unsalted butter
3 eggs
VEGAN VERSION
95g coconut cream
2cl of vegetable drink (20g)
2cl of vegetable oil (20g)
1- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat then pour in the contents of the sachet and mix for a few minutes until the chocolate is completely melted.
3- Remove from the heat, add the whole eggs and mix well, until you obtain a very smooth dough.
4- Pour into a cake mold (ø20cm).
5- Cook for around 10 minutes depending on your oven. The middle of the cake should still be jiggly when you remove it from the oven.
6- Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying!
