Chocolat Cakes with a Melting Heart

For chocolate fans, we've given you a double dose: 58% cocoa chocolate and fleur de sel from Ile de Ré! Dip your spoon and treat yourself to this moist cake and its ultra-flowing dark chocolate center.
INGREDIENTS TO ADD
95g unsalted butter
2 eggs
VERSION VEGAN
95g de crème de coco
2cl de boisson végétale (20g)
2cl d’huile végétale (20g)
1- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2- Start by setting aside 15 pucks (20g) from the chocolate bag to make the hearts in the 5th step.
3- In a saucepan, melt the butter and the chocolate remaining in the sachet over low heat.
4- Remove from the heat, add the contents of the large sachet and the eggs, then mix until the dough is smooth.
5- Use a first part of your dough to half fill the molds provided. Add 3 pucks to the middle of each mold, then cover them with the remaining dough.
6- Cook for 6-8 min at 200°C. Enjoy them warm!
