Cinnamon Rolls

Thanks to this recipe, you will perfume your interiors with the delicious smell of brioche cinnamon, enough to make the whole neighborhood salivate!
INGREDIENTS TO ADD
2 eggs
80g butter
7cl of milk (70g)
VEGAN VERSION
110g of vegetable drink
85g of vegetable oil
1. In a salad bowl or the bowl of a food processor, pour the contents of the large sachet and the yeast.
2. Add the lukewarm milk (not hot!), the egg and 40 g of diced butter (Vegan: drink and 50 g of oil) then knead for 10 min.
3. Cover the dough and leave to rest for at least 1 hour at room temperature (22 – 25°C).
4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a rectangle approximately 20 x 30 cm and 1 cm thick.
5. Melt 40g of butter and generously brush the dough over the entire surface (Vegan: 35g of vegetable oil). Then sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
6. Roll the dough lengthwise and carefully cut rounds of approximately 3 cm. Place them in a mold side by side, cover with a cloth and leave to rest for at least 1 hour at room temperature (22 – 25°C).
7. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush your cinnamon rolls with a beaten egg for gilding (vegan: vegetable oil) and cook for 10-15 minutes.
