This olive mezze is prepared from first choice Kalamata olives. Using a homemade process, the pure olive is crushed and then sieved to remove the skin and stone. A drizzle of Kalios olive oil is then added. You will appreciate its delicacy and authentic taste.
Ideal on toasted pita bread, with game, red meats or hard cheeses.
Kalios is above all a family story. A family history that began more than three centuries ago in the southern Peloponnese in Greece. The Chantzios brothers, children of the third generation with a passion for Greek olive oils, offer a range of products that are very well known in the Kalamata region. The olive trees are, in some cases, 300 years old and are grown in a land that is known worldwide for the quality of its soils and the climate, which is known to be favourable to olive growing. All their products are cultivated with respect for living beings and natural cycles.
