Pesto Rosso is a typical aromatic sauce, simple and tasty, which contains a concentrate of Mediterranean flavors.
The cream is composed of: dried tomatoes, DOP Genoese Basil, olive oil, Grana Padano, Pecorino Romano, garlic, salt and pine nuts.
May contain fish, peanuts and nuts.
Free from preservatives and dyes. Once opened, store in the fridge covered with oil (+4°C / +8°C)
Filotea Pasta is artisanal Italian pasta from Ancona in the Marche, on the Italian east coast. There is a long tradition of good pasta here, because in the Marche old, local cereals are grown, which make the pasta so tasty. Pasta Filotea also uses this good wheat and many fresh eggs for their pasta Artigianale. The Filotea pasta is traditionally pulled through bronze molds, which makes the surface rough and this gives the ribbon noodles the ability to absorb the sauce better.
