Format of 175 g for two rations.
We just need to add water and at the end some butter and cheese to taste, to get a delicious dish in a few minutes. The ingredients that accompany rice come dehydrated and acquire their texture and taste when the risotto is prepared when cooking in water.
For its risotto, Casale Paradiso uses only Carnaroli rice of first quality produced in Italy and enriches it with vegetables and dried aromatic herbs. It is utterly delicious.
