Oak Honey
Available
Produced in the mountains of the central Peloponnese, Kalios oak honey is distinguished by its dark color. Slightly woody, it offers very pleasant notes of marron glacé.
It is a real treat in hot milk, smoothies and fruit salads. It is also perfect for caramelizing meats.
Kalios is above all a family story. A family history that began more than three centuries ago in the southern Peloponnese in Greece. The Chantzios brothers, children of the third generation with a passion for Greek olive oils, offer a range of products that are very well known in the Kalamata region. The olive trees are, in some cases, 300 years old and are grown in a land that is known worldwide for the quality of its soils and the climate, which is known to be favourable to olive growing. All their products are cultivated with respect for living beings and natural cycles.
