Our Fig and Orange Jam is often overlooked but trust us once you spread this delectable sticky jam on your toast you will fall in love. Made using sweet sticky preserved figs and Seville oranges this jam has a taste of the Mediterranean. Maria Whitehead owner of The Hawkshead Relish Company adores using this jam in both sweet and savoury dishes (so much so a whole chapter of her book “Embellish With Relish” is dedicated to this jam) try using the Fig and Orange Jam as a glaze for duck breasts – delicious!
