RECIPE :
12 duck aiguillettes
• 400g tagliatelle
• 3 tablespoons of mustard
• 2 tablespoons of honey
• 20 cl of liquid cream
The sauce
Brown 3 tablespoons of mustard and 2 tablespoons of honey over low heat for 2 minutes.
Pour in the liquid cream and mix.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Duck aiguillettes
Fry the aiguillettes over high heat in olive oil until brown on each side.
Salt, pepper.
Arrange the tagliatelle on your plate, add the sauce and arrange the aiguillettes on the tagliatelle.
