After some experiences in biochemistry and cooking, Christophe PACALET created, in 1999, with his uncle Marcel LAPIERRE his own domain.
He selects plots of vines, cultivated according to his ideal, with respect for the wine and its environment to obtain the best raisins. Vinification without input, without sulfur.
