Halloumi, a Mediterranean cheese, comes straight from the island of Cyprus. This cheese made from sheep's, goat's, cow's milk and mint leaves can be eaten in all its forms: hot, cold, raw or grilled.

Thanks to its unique texture, it is one of the only cheeses that does not melt during cooking. Slightly minty and salty, it is very easy to combine with your dishes and whether in salads, in a sandwich or caramelized with honey and thyme.

Description

Kalios is above all a family story. A family history that began more than three centuries ago in the southern Peloponnese in Greece. The Chantzios brothers, children of the third generation with a passion for Greek olive oils, offer a range of products that are very well known in the Kalamata region. The olive trees are, in some cases, 300 years old and are grown in a land that is known worldwide for the quality of its soils and the climate, which is known to be favourable to olive growing. All their products are cultivated with respect for living beings and natural cycles.
