Our Feta is produced on the volcanic island of Lemnos according to the traditional recipe, from local sheep and goat milk. The flora of the island and the microclimate, influenced by the sea breeze, give a powerful flavor to the milk. The Feta is then matured in barrels for at least two months before being potted.

Description

Kalios is above all a family story. A family history that began more than three centuries ago in the southern Peloponnese in Greece. The Chantzios brothers, children of the third generation with a passion for Greek olive oils, offer a range of products that are very well known in the Kalamata region. The olive trees are, in some cases, 300 years old and are grown in a land that is known worldwide for the quality of its soils and the climate, which is known to be favourable to olive growing. All their products are cultivated with respect for living beings and natural cycles.
