The Truffle Butter is produced directly at the Domaine with 9.8% broken black truffle from Périgord (Tuber Melanosporum).
Their geographic legitimacy explains the development of this product. They select the truffles from an independent trader in Périgord.
Black truffle butter is a traditional Périgord recipe, usually served between November and February. This product is therefore based on this recipe to offer it throughout the year.
Because it is so easy to use, this product lends itself to your creativity. It takes only about 25 toasts and a 45g-box to give a chic dimension to your aperitifs.
Serving
Tip: the flavours appear as its temperature rises. Eaten too cold, you would only taste the butter. So take it out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before use.
